Do you remember what you wanted to be when you were 17?
This Thursday afternoon, 15 April, Martine Constant received around 15 high school seniors of the Saint-Joseph school for the “DREAM Day” developed by ICHEC-PME (a training centre especially for SMEs).
The DREAM Day is the national day when young people between 16-19 and dynamic professional people get together. For two hours the entrepreneur hosts a group of young people and he tells them about his carrier and the reality of the job. This can take place in school or in the company. It is an enriching experience for everyone!
The students arrived just after twelve and had a dessert full of the vitamins that they needed to keep up with Martine Constant for the afternoon. These future economists discovered the different companies of Martine Constant & Partners Group together with Martine Constant and her assistant.
After this intro the seniors of the Saint-Joseph school got to meet the staff of the different companies: Consulting group specialised in audit and consulting, Telemarketing and Quality Services, an office specialised in Mystery Shopping®. All very different professions, but they are perfectly compatible. Each employee shared their vision on the work, their carrier and their function to the students. Naturally, they also answered all the questions of the students.
Afterwards the students gathered in the conference room where they could note down all their experiences. Below you can find some excerpts:
“My choice to study marketing is once again confirmed, it keeps getting more interesting.”
“It was very fun to visit the company, the presentation by Martine Constant and the meeting of the employees of the different departments was very interesting. The explanation was clear and complete. I learned a lot during this visit!”
“We were very well received. The team looked really close and the atmosphere was very good. All my questions were answered. It was a very interesting visit!”
“My first impression was very positive, we were very well received. I have learned a lot about marketing. It was an enriching visit.”
We are very happy to able to receive these students in our company. We hope we have given them a clearer view on their future. But above all we hope to have answered all their questions about our different, but very beautiful professions.
Seeing the success of this day, we will certainly participate next year. Consider this as our application!
